Trek Marlin 5

$659.99 CAD

Trek Marlin 5

S orange will be available to ship March 22, 2021

The Marlin 5 is not only for the mountains and trails, but your daily commutes around town.

Smaller frame sizes (XS and S) have short-reach brake levers that make it easier and more comfortable for riders with smaller hands to brake confidently

Marlin models in XS and S frame sizes have a curved top tube and a lower standover height that makes it easier for smaller riders to mount and dismount

Rack and kickstand mounts make it easy to accessorize, so your mountain bike can double as a rugged commuter

Like every model in the Marlin family, it's backed by Trek's lifetime warranty

I recommend this product

Nice bike, easy to assemble and adjust.

As everybody on the web will tell, this is a good entry level bike. I stopped biking at, like 22 years old. I'm now... 30 years later, and I was looking for a bike that I could use in town, but in parks and forest, too. Nothing to technical either. I think this is indeed a good choice. I had a quick ride today in streets, and it went like a charm. I hope snow will not come too soon so I can go some trail. I received the bike within a week after ordering, and the assembly as well as the adjustment were easy. Well, YouTube will be your friend if you never did that before (my case), but it was painless. Takes a couple of hours, though. But nicely invested: I have the feeling that my bike does not have any secrets now :) What about the service provided by Nomads (online buy)? A pleasure to deal with them. Good communication and friendly people. I talk to them by chat, email and phone.
