Salomon calls the Strive 10 the entry point into its Strive binding family: lightweight, easy to step into, with a DIN 3-10 range it describes as confidence-building for skiers looking to progress. Salomon rates it Intermediate and gives a skier-weight range of 68.3-220.5 lb.
Salomon builds it on a low-profile chassis and says the low-profile toe piece creates a low center of gravity that boosts snow feel and control. It lists 47 mm of elasticity, and a wide 72 mm AFD pad that gives extra contact between boot and binding. The wings and toe height adjust to the boot automatically — Salomon's line is that no adjustment is needed there — and the heel is a one-piece Monobloc design. Mounting and DIN setting are still shop work.
